Objectives and Content

After completing the course, the students should be able to describe nutritional requirements throughout the life cycle, for different groups in the population and how our diets are affected by lifestyle and the environment. They should also be able to describe how our diet affects our health, how it affects our development and prevention of the so-called lifestyle related illnesses, in addition to consider the consequence of an inadequate diet.
