Objectives and Content

 The course deals with current topics in Applied and Computational Mathematics which are not covered by the permanent courses. The content will vary from time to time. Possible topics include stability and perturbation theory, vector- and tensor analysis, analysis and numerical methods for partial differential equations, functional analysis, signal and image processing, multigrid and multilevel methods, and modelling.
