Objectives and Content

Aim:

In the course, the students will acquire basic knowledge about various research methods, their uses and methodological bases, as well as knowledge about scientific subjects. The students will develop analytical attitudes and independence in producing written texts, regarding knowledge and use of methods, and research ethics.

 

Contents:

The course will cover various qualitative and quantitative research methods, and their theoretical base, use and practical implementation, with emphasis on health research. Scientific subjects as norms for scientific activities and research ethics will be included.

After completing the course, the students should be able to

Forms of Assessment

An individual, written research design assignment.

In addition; a group assignment is approved after an oral presentation with feedback.
