The seminar is an advanced introduction to nutritional research, with the focus on both the breadth of the field and on specific topics within it. Students are expected to participate actively.

Teaching Methods and Extent of Organized Teaching

About 20 hours of lectures, 3 hours library course. Team work involving critical reflection on nutritional research articles

Compulsory Assignments and Attendance

Participation in more than 80% of the seminars, participation in the team work (presentation and discussion). Active participation in discussions.
